And I realize it's a game from a long time ago. files rebuilt, just to reduce their size. Id say it just uses the properly configured registry. ilwar2: It is not cracked, map editor have no any CD checks. I'd give it a 4/10, gameplay is ok, but so many things SUCK about it. Kilmaat91: I can confirm the ru map editor works with the GOG version, it is functionally the same it is just cracked. I never bothered going on, people have been saying all the community is, is a bunch of gay(literally?) snobby, trolls who will rage at you for joining. I do like how customizable the game is though, you can get custom units, buildings, etc. Not a good rts :sad.gif: I'm going back to AoE and Empire Earth, atleast those you can actually stand a chance against the AI. I guess WC3 may be kind of fun, but the AI is an absolute ***** on you! Even on easy and handicapped them to 50% they level up amazingly fast, and you barely get your hero to level 2 by the time their at level 5, you have to get VERY familiar with EACH MAP you play, you may be beast at one map but you suck **** at another. I enjoy actual rts's, and Warcraft 3 isn't an rts, sure you get troops, but you cannot build walls (Wtf? The AI sends storms of enemies, and no walls?) and the pop limit is SO SMALL! In WC3 a large army is considered 30 troops? WTF?!? In AoE3 my average starting army was at least 50 troops, I sent more if needed. I (believe it or not) just got Warcraft 3 and Frozen Throne yesterday, that game sucked.
